BIRD FIRST AID KIT
BFAK

NewBe Prepared For Bird Emergencies!

If you've ever experienced a wounded bird, you understand the need for this kit! Not long ago our own Blue-Crowned Conure, Critter, had a clipped toenail that unexpectedly bled what seemed like huge amounts, sending us on a dramatic and frantic search for styptic powder. We found it, but not nearly soon enough to calm our stress (or hers). Of course we had a packet, but hadn't needed it for years -- thus the search. It was on a shelf in the bathroom medicine cabinet. What a lesson! A fresh kit and more diligent oversight was the answer. We decided right then to add this First Aid Kit to our catalog. It has a clearly marked case that we stow in easy reach.

First Aid Kit comes with the pictured carrying case and includes:

Pair of Latex Gloves (personal protection)
