A 4” long clear acrylic tube capped off with brightly colored acrylic disks at the top and bottom and hung with a bird safe chain and quick link.

The secret is a popsicle sized slot cut into the bottom disk. Load it with popsicle sticks and your bird has to figure how to get the sticks out (kind of like getting pennies out of a bank without opening the access hole in the bank.)
