If you do not want to order using our on-line catalog, we offer the following options:

E-Mail Ordering
To order by e-mail, send your message to mail@fowl-play.com. Simply tell us the name of the product, the size that you wish it in, and the quantity that you wish to purchase. Stock numbers are not needed. Please include your full name, mailing address and phone number, as well as the types of birds that you own. Do not include your credit card number since e-mail is not a secure form of communication. If you have ordered from Fowl Play by credit card before, at your request we will be happy to check our records and simply use the same card as was used before. If you are a new customer or want to use a different card, you can call us at (540) 633-6400, and give us the card number by phone, or leave a note in your e-mail for the best time to contact you, and we will call you. Our voice mail is secure if you wish to leave your credit card number and expiration date on it when we are not available to take your call. Again, don't forget to include the size of the items that you are purchasing.

Ordering By Mail or Fax
Please send the following information with your order: Name, complete address, phone, (both day and evening please) plus your signature and expiration date (Credit Card Orders are not valid without signature and exp. date). $20 service fee for returned checks. Virginia residents, please add 5.0% sales tax. Please use our sample order form. The fax number and mailing address are on the form.
